LogHero

Terms of use

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and CreativeApps, Karim Mortabit, France (“we”), for the LogHero app. Using the app means you accept them. If you don’t, don’t use it.

Your account

You need an account to use LogHero, and you need to be 13 or older to have one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done with your account is treated as done by you. Give us an email address that reaches you; it is how we would contact you about the app.

What you write stays yours

Everything you log belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. We store and display it back to you because that is the service; we don’t publish it, sell it, or use it to train anything. What we do with it is set out in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for what you put in the app. Don’t use LogHero to store anything illegal, or content you have no right to store, and don’t upload photos you don’t have the rights to. Stock photos you pull in through the app come from Pexels and are used under the Pexels licence.

Using the app fairly

Don’t try to break into other people’s accounts, take our servers down, reverse-engineer the app, scrape it, or resell access to it. If an account is being used to do any of that, we may suspend it.

Price

LogHero is free to download and use. If we ever add a paid plan, you will see the price and what it covers before you are asked to pay, and anything you have already logged stays accessible to you.

Keep your own copy

We take reasonable care of your data, but the app is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will always be available or free of faults. It is a journal, not a backup service. If something in it would hurt to lose, keep a copy elsewhere too.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Ending it

You can leave at any time by deleting your account in Settings, which deletes your data with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop offering the app — if we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice so you can retrieve what you want to keep.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and for material changes we will notify you in the app. Carrying on using LogHero after a change means you accept the new version.

Law

French law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
