Answers usually within two working days

Something broken, something missing, or an idea for the app — email karim@creativeapps.studio. Telling us your phone model and whether you’re on iOS or Android saves a round trip.

Delete your account

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. Your account, everything you logged and every photo you uploaded are deleted immediately. It cannot be undone.

Forgotten password

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password and we’ll email you a reset link. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, use that button instead — those accounts have no password with us.

I signed in with Apple and lost my entries

Signing in a second time with a different method creates a different account. Settings, then Connected accounts, shows which sign-in methods your current account uses. Email us if you have ended up with two and want them merged.

Reminders aren’t arriving

Reminders are scheduled by your phone, so they need notification permission for LogHero in your system settings. On Android, battery optimisation can also delay them.
